The Equity Project serves to provide a platform to cultivate participants' abilities to examine social narratives and attitudes about race and identity. During each intentionally crafted session, participants will be guided through questions such as, “What are some purposeful practices individuals within organizations can use to renew their strengths and engage constructively and productively in the racialized conflicts they are or will be encountering? What are some of the intersectionalities that exist within those places? How can lived experiences be an asset in developing practices that promote personal and organizational transformation? How do we become allies and support agents who aid in keeping members of our working communities from giving up?”
